Friday's Farm Boys
We got this great pikchur furrom Zoolatry. Don't you fink we look good in hats? Fanks Ann, Maggy and Zoey, we love it!We are having connection problems again. This is the furrst time we haf been able to post since Wednesday. We haven't been doing any blog visiting either, but we will visit when we can. Mum is trying to get through to the "wonderful" aol call centre, and we are hoping we don't end up wiv no innernets furr a week like last time.

Tummy Tuesday
I was having a lovely roll in the dirty part of the field where dad goes in and out wiv his tractor.Mum told me I would haf to be cleaned up when we went back indoors. I don't care though cuz it wuz a reely good roll.

Mancat Monday
One of our furry impawtunt mancat jobs is to check that the straw in the barn is good quality. 
We check that there is nuffin there that shouldn't be there.
Sometimes we just sit quietly at the top of the ladder to make sure no introoders come in.
And on the way down, we smell the straw in case there are any mice hiding in there. It's impawtunt to check furr mice cuz sometimes they chew the string that holds the straw bales together, then when dad picks them up they break. That yooshully makes him say bad words.
When we go back down the ladder, we haf to be keerful cuz it's easier to go up than down.
If you try to go down to quick, you end up down the bottom quicker than you'd want to.Sunday, February 24, 2008

Rolling around and awards.
A couple of days ago Sunny gave us the E for Excellent award. When we wuz going to post about it today, mum sed she remembered that we had other awards befurr we lost our innernets connekshun. She looked it up in her book and saw that we had this award furrom Sassy and Yao-lin too .We're sorry we took so long to post it. We are passing it on to ten other kitties.We know that most of them haf probly already had this award, but that duzn't mean we can't give it to them too.We give it to:
1.Adan, because he always is so caring furr every cat, and we like to learn about life in a different country.
2.The Meezers, because we love going to read their blog cuz we know they will make us laff,and we have learnt how yummy ham is, and how to be an expert whapper.
3.Chey, because she has helped us to understand American politics, and we are full of admiration furr her running furr President.
4.Daisy, because she is guaranteed to make us laff too, and we can't wait to read her Sunday comics efurry week.
5.Dragonheart and Merlin, because through them we are learning about the Sphynx breed, which we knew nothing about befurr, as well as many other interesting things.
6. 40Paws, because they haf a wunnerful Maw and Paw who haf given all of them the bestest furrefurr home, and gives them the greatest care and love, when many others would haf given up cuz of their various problems.
7. Karl and Ruis, because they kept us entertained wiv their Antarctic cruise, and furr being such a loving couple.
8. Mr.Tigger furr starting up the M-cats club in honour of Caesar.
9. Zoolatry, furr their wunnerful graffiks, and furr doing pikchurs to help the Meezers and Churchill.
10. We can't furrget Auntie Bee. She may not be a kitty but she keeps us entertained telling us all about her croozes, and she visits lots of kitty blogs and sez nice fings to us. Mum likes reading her jokes too.
Also China cat gave us the "You make my Day award" which is presented to bloggers whose blog brings you happiness and inspiration and makes you feel happy about Blogland.Fanks China Cat.

My Purrize furrom Sassy.
When Sassy and Momo went on their avenchur to train to go in theSpace Shuttle , Sassy had a compytishun to guess what they were doing. I wuz the furrst to guess most of it right, but I didn't say about the repairs they were going to do in Space.She awarded me a sirtiffykit furr an honourable mention and sent me a purrize. Daisy wuz the overall winner cuz she got it 100% right. Well, look the postman has brought me a pakkij. Sassy sed I had to let Eric share it. Hmmphhh!!
Hmmm this looks furry inchresting, I need to check all this out.

Mum put it up on our cat tree furr us. I fink I can smell nip.I got a pretty nip bag wiv a hansum ginger kitty on it, and a mouse wiv a moon and a star on him, and a round mouse, yummy treats and a ball that makes a rattly noise when you chase it. Sassy sent me a card as well, and it's got a pikchur of fev-vers on the front.
I better have a good look at this while Flynn's not here. That nip is furry strong. It duzn't yooshully haf any effect on me, Flynn's the nip head, but I haf to say it smells good.
See Sassy, I am being good and sharing like you told me to.
Later I wuz playing Spider Solitaire on the compooter, and I took my nip bag wiv me. I wuz more inchrested in that than the cards, and I drooled all over mum's compooter desk. Nip always makes me lick my nose too. I don't know why though, it just does.

Just mooching around
We have had good sunny weather furr the last week and a half, so we are going outdoors as much as possible.
There are lots of interesting smells to check out like bunnies, bajjers and foxes.The vishus deer don't yooshully come up into this field, but we'll have a good sniff around just to make sure.
Then sometimes we just sit in the grass and enjoy the fresh air.
Mooching around doing nuffin in purrtikkler is fun.

Easy like Sunday morning
This is a small pony stable but there is no-one living in it at the moment. Dad brings over some hay and straw furrom the big barn and puts it here ready furr when the horsies need it. there is a skylight in the roof that lets the sun shine in, so it is a good place to take it easy on Sundays and efurry other day of the week.
Sometimes when we are sitting here we can hear a mousie in the straw so we haf to watch and listen. We can't yooshully get them because the straw is on pallets, and the mousies go unner the pallets where we can't get at them. If we sit very kwiet and patient, sumtimes they come out cuz they don't know we are still there. Then POW!!! we get them. heheLabels: mousies, sitting on the straw, waiting

Purring
After we have been furr a walk around the fields, mum always lets us go in the barn to see if we can find any mice. I wuz too tired to look, so I lay down on the straw furr a baff. I had to purr at the same time so you can hear me. The video clip is not furry good cuz at the end I found a sunspot, and it nearly hid me in the glare.

It's great to be back
The last week has been terrybull wivout our compooter conneckshun. We didn't like not being able to visit out furrends. Mum wuz getting all crabby too. She took us furr so many walks, she neerly walked our socks off.
Some days we just lazed around.
Then dad would snorgle us.
We walked so far we wuz glad to have a rest.
We walked all around the fields and looked at the spring flowers growing in the hedges.
And best of all, I found Eric's seekrit hiding place in dad's tractor.
But even better than that, We're glad to be back, and we missed you all.
