The Friday Flashback - Dedicated to Mu Shue Pooh
This week's Friday Flashback comes from February 2007. We are enjoying looking through all our old posts and finding one to re-publish every week. This one makes us sad though when we remember our good furrend Mu shue is no longer with us. We are sure he is happy at the Bridge though, and playing with many furrends old and new. We decided we want to dedicate this post to Mu shue Pooh, and maybe everycat would like to stop and think about him and all our other furrends who have gone to the Rainbow Bridge.
Mu shue, the hero, this one is for you.
OUR PAKIJ FURROM MU SHUE POOH.
We got owr pakij furrom Mushue Pooh furr being theer 1000th. vizzyter. Fank yoo effur so much furr all the good fings yoo sent us.
He told us this is Rosie Rat an we haf got one eech. I like Rosie Rat. She is good furr chooing.
Hmm theer are some inchresting smells heer.
Look Greenies!!!!
We haf got owr Rosie Rats owt, an a nip sack eech, but theer is sumfing in heer I need to get at.
Eric are yoo reeding dat letter? No I've fownd some nip on it, and I'm eeting it.
Well I'm not eeting it, I'm going to rub my face in it.
I reely like dis Rosie Rat. Hey Eric, I hope yer girlcat frend Rosie duzn't mind dis chewy mousie haffing the same name as her.
If yoo look at dis letter furrom Mushue Pooh, yoo will see it's a bit scruffy. Well when the pakij arrived, mum had a kwik peep inside and read the letter. She sed that we wud haf to wait furr her to finish doing the horsies, an then we cud see what we got. She put the pakij on the kitchen werktop, an the letter beside it. When she came back, the letter wuz on the floor, an had a big hole in the middle, and wuz all wet wiv drool. It smelled so good, I cudn't leev it up theer. I had to roll and drool all ofurr it. Theer wuz a packit uv nip in theer too, an sumhow the corner got chewed.I don't know how dat happened. An evil introoder kitty must haf come indoors an did it.
And look, we got Greenies too!!!! We bofe love Greenies, but we can't get them in the UK . And we got nip, lovely nip.
Mum got the sucky monster owt, so she sed we cud take efurryfing in on the bed.
If yoo look behind the letter, yoo can just see the corner uv the pakij wheer I chewed it.
I didn't know yoo cud eet the nip. Flynn allus rolls in it, but I thought I wud see what it taystid like. Mum wuz laffin at me cuz I wuz making funny noyziz. Now I'm all nipped up, an efurryfing looks blurry.

Our purrize
We won third purrize in Queen Snickers and Empress' Royal trivia compytishun. Hmmmm sumfing smells good. It is good, it's nip!!!
We got a pretty card furrom them too and I'm loving on it.
We got a nip cushion, a mousie and a furry ball each.I'm lying on my nip cushion. I like to lie on nip, I don't know why.
I'm feeling quite nipped out. If you look keerfully you can see I steeled, I mean borrowed Eric's nip cushion too.
Fank you Queen Snickers and Empress, this is a great purrize. now I fink I need to sleep off the nip.
I'm sulking, you can see I only haf a furry ball and a mousie. Flynn stole my nip. He sez he needs it more than me. I only went to see what he wuz doing wiv it, and you can see in the video clip that he attacked me.

We got another Chris Mouse purrezunt.
The male man came last week and he said he had a parcel furr us. We told him we weren't expecting a parcel, but mum said oh yes we are. Our furrends 40 Paws had sent us a Chris Mouse purrezunt but our mum and their Maw thought it must have got lost in the post.
Look it's all wrapped up in pretty paper. Eric come and look!
Look Flynn Temtayshuns. I love Temtayshuns.
Never mind the Temtayshuns Eric, I smell nip. Look there's that bubble wrap stuff that goes pop when you put the bitey on it.We got a ChrisMouse card too which they all signed.
Flynn Flynn!!! Quick come and look. GREENIES!!!! I love Greenies the bestest in all the world. Mum never gets us Greenies. Even when she wuz in Mericky where she could buy them she didn't.
Never mind the Greenies, I've found where the nip is. Look it's a nip banana and a nip cigar. I fink I'm in heaven.We got two little mice wiv pink ears as well. Eric likes them cuz when he bats them, they flip around as if they're alive.They sent mum some stuff furr cooking too that she can't get in England, so she can make King Ranch Chicken. I hope she gives us some.
Mmmmm Greenies never mind the nip, I got Greenies. Flynn's the nip head around here.
I like this cigar, it's making me drool. I love the banana too.

I won Kashim and Othello's compytishun furr guessing their 1000th comment and they sent me a nip ravioli.
Look it has pikchurs of kittues on it.
Hmm I smell the nip, I fink I'll snuggle it furr a while.
Look there's even a ginger and white kitty on it, I fink it might be a pikchur of me.
Well that's enuff posing, now it's time to play wiv it.

I found the nip, it's good stuff. Look it made my eyes go the same culler as the compooter lights. I'm lying on the letter furrom Kaze. I fink I can smell her meezer perfyoom.
This nip is making me feel all funny, I can't keep my feet still.
I need to put the bitey on sumfing. Yep this box looks like it needs biting.

After effects of Nip.
Well we had a grate time for our purrfday. Lots of kitties teleported ofurr to see us, but now we have just about recovered furrom Nip overload. I couldn't make it off the sofa, and Eric kept complaining I was taking up too much space.
Eric had to go out in the sun in our outdoor run to sleep it off.
When we went outdoors, he couldn't even find the enerjy to walk.
Well hoo needs to walk when yoo can ride?
A bit of fresh air helps cleer yer nippy hed.
Persunly I fink dad must haf been on the nip.
About our purrfday.
As we sed. lots of kitties came to see us. Grr came speshully to give me (Flynn) a purrfday kiss, and that wuz even better than the nip.
Rosie came over on her jetpack to see Eric, so he wuz reely happy too. Cheeto couldn't make it cuz he wuz watching out furr the Easter Bunny.
We had a visit furrom MuShue Pooh, and Meeko, Kiara and Emmy who all arrived about the same time. Then Scooby, Shaggy and Scout got here followed by our new frend Oscar the puppycat. (By the way, he duzn't look like a puppy, he's deffernuttly a kitty.) Then Kellie came followed by Finny, Buddy, Grady and Gilmore.
We wuz doing toors of the feelds furr ennycat that wuz inchrestid, and shown where the vishus deer live. We had a few sightings of them, but it wuz ok cuz Daisy brought some cans of Mao and Rocky's VDR with her. We did several toors cuz theer wuz a lot of inchrest in seeing the vishus deer furrom a safe disstunce.
We took Grr, Midnight and Cocoa, Scooby Shaggy and Scout and Rosie and Daisy, and they were reely excitid to see them. Then Forty Paws arrived, so we took them down. Beezer wanted to come too, but only got as far as the food, and sed we'd better go on wivout him. Jake and Bathsheba were a bit late furr the toor, so they are going to come back again anuvver time. They have invited us to Virginia so we are reely excited about that.
So thanks guys to efurrycat who came ofurr and made our purrfday a wunnerfull day.

Got Nip?
Mum wuz refilling my faverit nip carrot furr me and she left the open nip on my perch.
Well I had to take advantij of the contayner being theer didn't I.
I neerly knocked it on the floor so she sed she would put it down theer furr me
This is fun. Why can't I haf all the nip like this all the time?
Oh I can't beleev how good this is.
I'm in heaven!! I'm not even bothered by Eric shoving his butt against me.
It's our purrfday tomorrow and we will be 7. If enny cat wants to teleport ofurr to us, we haf got plenty of Tem-tay-shuns and Sheba stinky goodness in.We haf got loads of shrimp, and we haf tuna water. Also we haf got nip, and all our nip toys haf been re-filled.
If enny cat wants to exploor,we can do a toor of the feelds. (Don't worry, yoo will be safe wiv us).
