Easy on Sunday
Then if the sun shines we'll just lie around in the grass. It's good to have a lazy Sunday.

Where's my Shirt?
Flynn: Eric, I don't think there is a T shirt in there. Dad would have worn it by now.
Eric: You know what Flynn, I think you are right. I can't find anything in here. Not even the Mother's Milk.

Scruffy Rat
When we were kittens, one of our very first toys was a black rat. I told Flynn it was mine, and it was and still is my most favourite toy in the whole world. I call him Scruffy Rat, but I don't think mum knows his name because she calls him Fred Bear. Silly mum, surely she can see he's not a bear.
I like to chew him and bunnykick him. It's lots of fun.
He doesn't look much like a rat any more. Most of his black furrs have gone, and one ear and both eyes, and all his stuffing is coming out, but I still love him. Mum bought some new black mousies that looked like Scruffy when he was new, but they aren't my Scruffy Rat and no way am I going to play with them.

Waiting
Come on Eric, where are you.
I keep looking but there's no sign of him yet.
Have you seen him mum? Why must he always keep me waiting?
Oh well, I might as well lie down and wait. I could be here all day.
Eric: Come on Lazy Bones Flynn. What are you doing lying down there. We're supposed to be going for a walk.
Come on, let's have a look on the hedge.
I can see sheep in our neighbour's field. I'd like to go in there and say hello, but we are not allowed to.
See that wire in front of me? Well, it is electric to stop the horsies trying to escape from the field. Mum has to turn it off when we go out because if we touched it, we might turn into curly cats.
Flynn: Shhh, I think I can hear something.
Eric: Hang on, I'm coming. You may need back up.
Eric: Oops, I think I made too much noise. There were fev-vers in there and they flew away when they heard me.
Flynn: Oh well, that put paid to that. We might as well sit in the grass and wait for something else to come along.
Eric: Okay, good idea. You know what Flynn, those horsies don't half leave a lot of poop lying around.

Cuteness
But sometimes we snuggle like this.
Mum thinks we look extra cute sleeping like this.
We just think we'll ignore the flashy box.

The Fly
I had been very busy working on the computer with mum and needed a nap. Suddenly I was woken up by a buzzing noise. There was a pesky fly sitting on the computer annoying me. I was too tired really, but I had a go at catching it. When mum turned the flashy box off, the fly landed on her, so I pounced on her shoulder but I didn't catch it.

Mancat and Not the Mama Monday
There's nothing better to drink than fresh rainwater. We've had so much rain this year that even our lilies (beside us) only grew to about 18 inches high and all their leaves and petals fell off. Don't worry, mum picks up the bad leaves and petals so we don't eat them.
Mo, you're the greatest furr all you do furr the kitties. Thanks furrom us on their behalf.

How to keep your feet clean.
He should do what I do. When I drink furrom the horsies trough, I let my foot dangle in the water. If there is any mud on it, then it will just float off which saves me furrom getting mud on my tongue. Then when you haf finished, it's funny to flick water all over your mum.

Answers
For Tuesday toesies, we asked whose toes they were.Well of course they were nice and clean and white, so they had to be mine.
This is what Eric's toesies look like when he comes in furrom the garden. He's not like me, he's very lazy about cleaning them.
For our Wordless Wednesday post we had a photo of us in a snuggly nap pile with our Kitty Yumbum. Several of you didn't realise there were three kitties there. Kitty YB is at the back, Eric is at the front, and all you can see of me is a bit of my head on the left. We were four months old. Kitty Yumbum was only 6lbs, but quite a bit bigger than us back then.
This is us when we were two. We had grown a lot bigger than Kitty Yumbum by then. Not long after this, she left us to go to the Rainbow Bridge. We all still miss her very much. You can read her story here.

Mancat Monday - When we were young.
We like step ladders too. They are good for lying on when your dad wants to stand on them to cut the hedge.
And good for practising your acrobatics too.
And why bother with the steps when there is a straight side you can climb up?
When we had finished climbing, we would always have a rassle.
Or sometimes we would climb into the hedge and go up through the middle to sit on the top. This is a very good place for snoopervising as we are about nine feet up.
We are nearly two years old in these photos except the last one in which we were about 10 - 12 months old.
