A Robin and an Award.
Flynn:
Last weekend we put up our Chris Mouse tree and on the tree we put our robin. This robin used to have a brother but several years ago I climbed in the tree and found him. When mum got up the next morning she found a little plastic carcass on the floor but no fev-vers. She thought I must have eaten them. When she put the tree away after Chris Mouse she found the fev-vers hidden amongst the branches. Now she puts the surviving robin at the top of the tree with Mr.Bear. She thinks he is safe up there.
The other day we were reading Simply Cats blog and saw that they had an identical robin and Mitzi had done exactly the same thing. You can read about it here.
We got this Lemonade award from Casper and the Island Cats. Thank you for thinking of us.

Congratulations on your award! Your mom was probably pretty relieved when she discovered that you didn't actually eat the feathers.

Hahaha! Mom puts these red birdies on our tree...we think they're cardinals...and we knock them off and try to eat them...for some reason mom always stops us before we can really destroy them...
We do not know why Mom's always act so surprised when we nom the fev-vers. Sheesh.

There are some robins on our tree but they don't have real fevvers. But there is an owl with real fevvers. I have never tried eating anything on the tree though...yet...

Ohhhhhhh...I would want that robin, too. It would be a goal to reach the top of the tree to get it, and normally I leave the tree alone.
Now that you put that in my head, it's probably a good thing we didn't put a tree up this year.
