Wet Feet
Okay, so what's wrong with drinking with my feet in the water bowl? It keeps my toesies cool when the weather is hot.

There's absolutely nothing wrong with drinking that way! You are right...it must be quite refreshing to dip your toes in it!
I think that that is very clever of you, Flynn, to keep your feets cool in the summer. I like to use mud, myself.

That is one huge water bowl. Mum says we like to drink from the far side of the bowl. So to get over there sometimes you have to put your feet in the bowl.
I think it's a ginger thing--my bro does that feet-in-the-water-dish thing all the time. Sheesh! We have to drink out of it, too!
That's a little bit silly, Flynn!
Gandalf like to bat ice cubes around in our patio bowl when Mom first sets it down. I wait for the ice to melt though.

I don't think there's anything wrong with that. When the water is put down fresh, Ollie likes to wash her paws first in the water and then drink. She doesn't do both at the same time, like you, but something close.
I've tried to play with the water in my bowl before. Sometimes I make a big splash. But I have never dangled my paws in it.
I think you are very brave.

So long as you don't have poop on your toes I'm OK with the feet in the water bowl... Adds flavor!

i wash my feeties in the water bowl. My mom doesn't like it but it's her fault-she used to wash my feet when I was a kitten cuz I (walked through poop <--whispered)
