Hello

Don't furrget, guesses furr our 100th post haf to be in by midnight BST Saturday 5th May.That's 4pm PST or 7pm EST.Leave yer guesses here

I wuz sitting watching furr a mousie when Caffrey the horsie came ofurr and said hello to me.
The little fenced off piece I am in is the grave of mum's bestest efurr horse. He wuz called Mr. Who and wuz an ex racehorse. She had him furr 24 years and when he died he wuz just 3 weeks short of 35. That's very old furr a Thoroughbred. She loved him very much and still misses him efun though he died over eight years ago. She still goes out to his grave and talks to him. I wish me and Eric could haf met him cuz I fink we would haf liked him.

wow wow wow - we nefurr knowed that horses could live that long. i wish we could live that long

Mr. Who sounds like he was a great horsie! Kittyhugs and purrs to your momma.

Was Mr Who a Doctor? Sorry, I was just trying to bring some humor. I mean no disrepect. Mommy is scolding me as I type this. Woman is everywhere! I think your Momma had a great companion and it wonderful that she could spend so many years with her special friend. Your other horse friend is beautiful. From the ease with which your sitting there, it's obvious that you have had many chats. Have a wonderful weekend.

For those of you who didn't get the Dr. Who referce, you have just made me feel very old!
Kim

It was nice of Caffrey to say hello to you. He looks like he is friendly. But I have never met a horse before, so I am a little scairt of him.

It is nice that your Mom can go visit where Mr. Who is resting. It looks very peaceful.

That looks like the perfect resting spot for a good friend.

Kim, I got the Doctor Who reference. Mr. Who sounds like he was a great horsie. I'm glad he and your Mom had so many years together. Is Caffrey one of the horses who comes and snuffles your butt when you are on top of the hedge looking for mousies? He/she looks very friendly and it's obvious that you know each other.

That was certainly nice of Caffrey to come over and say hello to you. You are very lucky to live in such a beautiful area. I hope you, your beans and your brother have a great weekend.

He's awful big! We're ya scared?

Hay - our momma hadded a horsie when she was a little gurl. He was da grandsone of a famous race horse. His name was Go-Man-Go!

Caffrey looks like a nice horse! Mr. Who sounds like he was a wonderful horse too! Wow, he sure lived a long time. My mom is very jealous of your mom - she's never owned a horse, but has had to be content with weekly dressage lessons.

Wow. That was an old age for a thoroughbred. That is very nice that your mom has a wonderful spot for his grave and that she can go visit Mr. Who.

Say hello to Caffrey for us next time you have a chat with him, ok?

Luf, Us

it's nice to know who came before.

love

we didn't know horsies lived that long either. we've never even met a horsie, but your friend looks very nice.

thanks fur wishin' us a happy birthday - yup, you got the day right! the Lady was too busy to help us post about it, and plus the Latte/Chey wedding was today, and we didn't want to make a big deal outta us on their day. you know what? the Lady DIDN'T GET US ANYTHING! she's been "too busy" she says. we think there had better be something special for dinner, or it's no more purring and cuddles for her!
