This is a water sculpture in the grounds of Chatsworth House Derbyshire UK. Water is fed up inside the sculpture, and when it reaches a certain level, the weight makes the outer section open out like a flower.
Oh wowie! That's beeyootiful! I've nefur seen anything like that before.
